Why coaching?
More and more, sales teams are struggling with unqualified leads, missed sales goals, and lost opportunities. Increasingly, company and sales leaders are turning to coaching as a solution. There are of course many formal definitions, scientific and otherwise, of what sales coaching is but we see it a guide and a means of “sales self-actualisation” as we help the sales individuals through individualised teaching, guidance, hand-holding and confidence building. The commonly held view is that Sales coaching is the new sales management and the focus shifts from telling to guiding.

Our coaching model is based on the belief that in essence, the question is also the answer and that the coachee is responsible for finding the answers themselves and developing their own problem-solving skills. Our coaching uses a process of inquiry so that people can access their own energy or inner strength to reach their own level of awareness.
