The following four pillars define our approach and a combination of these along with their associated disciplines deliver the results.

Assessment

As a starting point, it is critical to understand the "as is" scenario and the status of multiple elements within your sales domain. We would execute in assessing the environment in two ways. Firstly an overall informal assessment to gather an appropriate understanding and then followed by formalised assessments of the people, processes and technologies. Sometimes the more formal assessments are not required.  This initial step provides the basis for planning the next steps and what interventions and changes may be required.

Enablement

Enablement addresses the Operational Heart of your sales environment and introduces the changes, processes, technologies as required to execute on the intended improvements. This pillar is designed to provide the practical elements of the "Sales360" view with potential services stretching from recruitment to training, to sales operations and sales training and beyond...

Coaching

They say that coaching is the new Sales Management and we believe this to true and more and more relevant.  Our coaching approach infiltrates all aspects of the sales domain and focuses on guiding sales individuals and sales teams through individualised teaching, guidance, hand-holding and confidence building. Coaching forms an integral part of developing sales resources and we focus on the individual, the team and the sales management structures.

Consulting and Advisory

Our consulting and advisory pillar is really intertwined in all that we do and naturally forms part of the assessment and enablement elements.  We also offer, however "stand-alone" consulting which could be used to address very specific elements of your business on a project basis or for aspects like interim sales or sales operations management.  We are able to cover any approach you may require.
